Because&#8230; Aussit\u00f4t dit aussit\u00f4t en qu\u00eate de recettes. Apr\u00e8s moult recherches, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un Gazpacho plus ou moins andaluz en m&#8217;inspirant autant des recettes que des commentaires des internautes, tout en tenant compte des go\u00fbts familiaux (le poivron n&#8217;est pas l&#8217;ami de tout le\u00a0monde par chez nous). Le r\u00e9sultat fut &#8211; \u00e0 ma grande surprise &#8211; un succ\u00e8s familial&#8230; Je partage donc avec vous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Il vous faudra<\/strong> : deux petites boites de tomates pel\u00e9es au naturel (ou de tomates fra\u00eeches bien m\u00fbres si vous avez \u00e7a sous le coude), un concombre, un demi-poivron vert, un morceau de pain dur (environ 50g disons), un petit oignon blanc (ciboule), une gousse d&#8217;ail (ou au go\u00fbt), une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre, deux cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, sel, persil ou ciboulette ou autre herbe fra\u00eeche (ajout personnel), \u00e9ventuellement une pinc\u00e9e de piment d&#8217;espelette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dans un saladier<\/strong>, verser les deux boites de tomates, ajouter les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en morceaux et les assaisonement. Allonger d&#8217;eau \u00e0 hauteur (un verre environ). R\u00e9server une nuit au frais. Avant le repas, mixer finement, ajuster \u00e9ventuellement la quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;eau \u00e0 la texture souhait\u00e9e et servir bien froid.
