Comme je suis d&#8217;humeur g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, je vais m\u00eame vous donner plusieurs recettes, soyons fou&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi donc recette de base de <strong>la panacotta nature<\/strong> (gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse <a href=\"http:\/\/motsenbouche.hautetfort.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">St\u00e9phanie<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chezyueyin.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/panacottaCoulis.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5489\" src=\"http:\/\/chezyueyin.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/panacottaCoulis.jpg\" alt=\"panacottaCoulis\" width=\"148\" height=\"156\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il vous faudra : 500 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide, 150 ml de lait, 75g de sucre, trois gouttes de concentr\u00e9 de vanille (d\u00e9sol\u00e9 la mienne vient de Saint-Domingue et trois gouttes c&#8217;est trois gouttes), quatre feuilles de g\u00e9latine (ou agar-agar)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faire tremper la g\u00e9latine dans le l&#8217;eau froide. Chauffer ensemble la cr\u00e8me, le lait, le sucre et la vanille en remuant toujours. Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est chaud incorporer la g\u00e9latine \u00e9goutt\u00e9e. Continuer de chauffer \u00e0 feu doux, couper le feu juste avant l&#8217;\u00e9bullition. Laisser refroidir en remuant pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;une peau se forme. Verser dans des verrines ou des coupes. Cette recette me donne 12 verrines ou 6 coupes. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer. Avant de servir, napper d&#8217;un coulis de framboise (le plus facile : mixer des framboises fra\u00eeches ou d\u00e9congel\u00e9es avec une cuill\u00e8re de sucre glace et une goutte de citron). Rafra\u00eechissant et presque sage !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pour les gourmands chocolat\u00e9s &#8211; la panacotta aux deux chocolats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(mon adaptation)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/chezyueyin.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/panacottaChocBlanc.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5487 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/chezyueyin.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/panacottaChocBlanc-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"panacottaChocBlanc\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Pour le chocolat blanc<\/strong> : Il vous faudra 150 g de chocolat blanc, 200 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide, 100 ml de lait, deux feuilles de g\u00e9latine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faire tremper la g\u00e9latine dans de l&#8217;eau froide. Faire fondre le chocolat blanc dans la cr\u00e8me et le lait en remuant constamment. Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est chaud, incorporer la g\u00e9latine \u00e9goutt\u00e9e. Porter presque \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, couper le feu, laisser refroidir en remuant. Verser dans les verrines et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/chezyueyin.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/panacottaChocNoir.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5486 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/chezyueyin.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/panacottaChocNoir-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"panacottaChocNoir\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Pour le chocolat noir<\/strong> : il vous faudra 130 g de chocolat noir, 30 \u00e0 50 g de sucre, 200 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide, 100 ml de lait, deux feuilles de g\u00e9latine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faire tremper la g\u00e9latine (oui encore et n&#8217;oubliez pas merci !). Faire fondre le chocolat avec le sucre dans la cr\u00e8me et le lait. Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est chaud, incorporer la g\u00e9latine et porter presque \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couper le feu. Laisser refroidir en remuant. Verser en verrines et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chacun peut ainsi choisir sa couleur ou bien go\u00fbter aux deux (Cela s&#8217;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu).
