Ajouter le pain \u00e9miett\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9chalote \u00e9minc\u00e9e, le citron, la moutarde, l&#8217;huile, le sel, le poivre et les herbes fraiches cisel\u00e9es (environ 3 c\u00e0S d&#8217;aneth, thym, persil&#8230;). Bien m\u00e9langer. Verser dans un plat creux en verre ou en terre huil\u00e9. \u00c9galiser la surface, saupoudrer \u00e9ventuellement de paprika (pour la couleur). couvrir (avec du film alimentaire si vous n&#8217;avez pas de couvercle). Cuire au micro onde \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature moyenne-\u00e9lev\u00e9e (600 \u00e0 750W) 20 \u00e0 25 minutes. Laisser refroidir et d\u00e9mouler sur un plat de service, d\u00e9corer de quelques tranches de citron et brins d&#8217;aneth. Servir avec une salade verte&#8230; frais et d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>PS<\/em> : Si vous n&#8217;aimez pas la cuisson au micro-onde, ce pain se cuit tr\u00e8s bien au four, environ 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0, le plat pos\u00e9 dans la l\u00e8chefrite remplie d&#8217;eau (genre bain marie) &#8211;
